RESERVATION
Accommodation may be reserved provisionally by submitting a fully
completed reservation form as provided on the PFH website.
Only reservations for dates and accommodation marked as available
on the 'Availability' pages of the PFH website will be accepted.
On submitting a reservation form a communication will be sent to
the originator agreeing the details submitted and detailing the deposit
required to confirm the reservation.
Proffered (and available) dates, once received by PFH, will be held
for a maximum period of 14 days during which time the full deposit
must be received by PFH for the accommodation requested. Provided the
required deposit is received within this period the accommodation will
then be considered reserved and confirmation details will be sent to
the originator. If the required deposit is not received within this
period then the dates held will be returned to the 'available' state
and the original reservation request cancelled.
All reservations are made on a 'First Come, First Served' basis,
and no guarantee can be given that any availability shown on the website
is true for any particular date. Every effort is made to keep the
website up to date and accurate but PFH cannot guarantee such accuracy
for periods of less than 3 days duration.
CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of required deposit, accommodation reserved provisionally
will be deemed confirmed and notification sent to the originator
via email or post. Such confirmation is deemed to be a contract between
PFH and yourself and is subject to these conditions.
Once confirmed, reservations may only be changed by resubmitting
the original booking request, including any changed data, and such
resubmission will be subject to the same reservation conditions. Changes
to any of the dates originally booked shall be deemed to constitute
a cancellation of the original reservation and may be subject to cancellation
penalties.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations should be made initially by telephone to PFH and should
be followed as soon as possible thereafter by written confirmation.
Deposits received by PFH are not refundable in any circumstances
once a booking confirmation has been issued.
If the balance of rental has not yet been paid then PFH reserve the
right to charge you for the accommodation in full.
Where the full balance of rental has already been paid, then PFH will retain
such monies pending any successful re-letting of the accommodation.
PFH will endeavour to re let cancelled accommodation dates to other
parties and if successful in doing so, a refund of the balance will
be returned to you. If the accommodation can not be re let then such
monies already paid are forfeit.
In circumstances beyond the control of PFH ( Force Majeure), PFH
may cancel your booking, and shall not be liable either jointly or
individually for any changes, effect on your holiday, loss or damage
suffered by you, or for any failure of PFH to perform any of their
respective obligations to you due to any event or circumstance which
is beyond the control of PFH. By way of example, Force Majeure includes
fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics, destruction
or damage to the property from whatever cause (other than the negligence
of PFH) and all similar situations. In appropriate cases PFH will refund
all monies paid in respect of the accommodation booked. No other compensation,
