For those who prefer the freedom of a fully self catering holiday the Studio Flat is ideal. It is a self contained Grade II listed barn conversion, with a Yorkshire Tourist Board 4 star rating. The original features have been retained and this cosy, centrally heated flat is very well equipped.

There is a fully fitted kitchen area with full sized cooker, microwave and fridge. There is a TV and video and music centre for your entertainment.  The luxury double bed folds away into the wall if required (fully made up!) to enable full use of the spacious flat. There is a shower room with toilet, washbasin and an extra large shower cubicle. 

Guests have the use of a separate utility room housing a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is even a large sink unit, ideal for cleaning those muddy boots!    A separate games room is also available free of charge where you can play Table Tennis, Darts and Snooker/Pool

Guests may also make use of free BBQ facilities, should they wish to eat alfresco on the adjacent patio area.
